On June 10, Evercore held its 2026 New Product Launch Event, themed "Life·Light" at The Westin Hotel within the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou. The event brought together industry experts, partners, and customer representatives, and marked the official debut of four major new product series — bringing forward-looking technology to bear on the industry's defining questions and injecting fresh imagination into the lighting sector.

Wang Mengyuan, Chairman of Evercore
Drawing on more than 20 years in the lighting industry, Chairman Wang emphasized that Evercore has always grounded itself in end-market demand, using technological innovation to give light greater application value. He underscored the company's commitment to breaking new ground and leading with depth and courage in its chosen focus areas.

Wen Qidong, Executive Vice President, GALR
In his presentation, "From Embracing Globalization to Embracing Re-Globalization," Vice President Wen noted that the industry has entered a phase of stock — even shrinking — competition, compounded by overcapacity, normalized trade barriers, and the disappearance of technology-driven growth. He outlined seven paths forward, including "going global, consolidating excess capacity, innovating business models, and deepening focus on niche markets," and stressed: "Survival matters more than anything else. Don't fixate on the broader market — focus on building real internal strength and improving your own odds of survival."

Sun Hui, General Manager of Evercore
Under the theme "Light · Inspring Innovation" General Manager Sun addressed three core demands —energy efficient & eco-friendly, light performance, and human-centric health lighting — and laid out Evercore's R&D logic and expansion roadmap in detail. Of particular note was Evercore's joint academia-industry research with the School of Basic Medical Sciences at Jilin University on light-based therapy: specific light colors have shown auxiliary therapeutic effects for depression and Alzheimer's disease, demonstrating light's deeper value that extends well beyond illumination.
Four major product Series in limelight:

Zheng Cuijiao, Deputy General Manager of Evercore
In her keynote "Life·Light," Deputy General Manager Zheng systematically presented the four new product series launched at the event, framed around market demand and technological evolution — spanning energy-efficiency upgrades, light performance, ecological protection, and long-standing industry pain points.

➢ BKE Series (CCT Tunable COB Gen 9): The product of a decade of iteration in Evercore's dual-CCT technology, delivering 170–180 lm/W efficacy with support for 1.5/2/3 SDCM shipping color tolerances. The series produces a soft, uniform beam and supports custom CCT tuning from 1800K to 6000K, with full power coverage from 3W to 130W — matching international-brand-level product performance and proving that "the details are the moat."
➢Gen6 DK Series (Dim to warm): Eliminating uneven light distribution, visible dark spots, and low efficacy—our latest generation delivers a clean, uniform beam with no dark zones. Featuring a 10% increase in luminous efficacy over the previous generation and supporting CCTs from 1800K to 3000K, it offers exceptional lighting performance without compromise.
➢AB Series (Amber COB): Compliant with the U.S. DLC V6.0 standard. Beyond being an ideal choice for circadian-friendly residential lighting, this series is built around the principle of "staying in sync with nature," dedicated to ecological protection by reducing the disruption artificial light causes to sea turtles, birds, and other wildlife. It has already been successfully deployed in outdoor landscape lighting, boutique hospitality, and heritage architecture projects — combining project-level distinction with ecological value.
➢ SD Series(Super-high efficiency COB): Reaching up to 210 lm/W (212 lm/W for select specifications) and meeting the EU ErP Class A energy-efficiency standard. Compared with standard products, it delivers a 13% efficacy gain at 90 CRI and a 19% gain at 95 CRI. After 6,000 hours of aging tests, lumen depreciation measured only around 3%, with reliability approaching that of standard products and excellent color-shift consistency across variations in current and temperature — offering a high-value solution for applications demanding extreme efficiency.
Industry experts gathered, Collaborative Innovation

Peng Wei, Deputy General Manager of Herculux
Drawing on years of overseas market experience, Deputy General Manager Peng's presentation, "Emerging Trends in European and American Lighting," identified eight key trends, including miniaturization, precision narrow-beam optics, dynamic spectrum tuning, and modularization. He noted that European and American customers aren't looking for more models — they want a mature, platform-based system integrating "optics, spectrum, and control." He proposed a collaborative model summed up as "go to Herculux for optics, go to Evercore for light sources," offering a clear framework for upstream-downstream collaboration as the supply chain expands overseas.

Liu Hong, President of Huayu Circuits
Under the title "Light and Heat in Precision Circuitry," President Liu focused on the core tension between light output and heat in LEDs, sharing solutions including thermal-electrical separation technology, multilayer metal substrates, and high-efficacy substrate materials. Notably, the thermal-electrical separation technology has already enabled a single 25mm package to carry 18W of power — a key breakthrough supporting compact, high-power applications.
